this makes 1 serving (cappuccino cup)

用料  

ginger 1 tbsp
milk 1/2 cup + 8 tsp
sugar 1/2 tbsp

ginger pudding的做法  

  1. grind ginger, then use either the sifter or the garlic press to extract juice

  2. warm up milk and sugar till 176 F (reaction happens around 167 F)

    if no thermometer, warm up till bubbling then let it cool down for 1 min

    try not to bubble because the skin on top would form and affect the smooth texture
