Chili Garlic Ginger Shrimp的做法  

  1. ¼ cup coconut oil
    2-inch knob of ginger root, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 small fresh medium-heat red chilies, deseeded and thinly sliced
    16 large shrimp (approximately 1 pound), peeled and deveined
    Juice of 1 to 2 lemons
    ½ cup fresh flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
    Unrefined sea salt
    Freshly ground black pepper

  2. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the ginger,
    garlic, chilies, and shrimp. Sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring often.

  3. Turn down the heat to low, and stir in the juice of 1 lemon and the parsley.
    Remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste and add more lemon juice, if
    desired. Serve immediately. The shrimp goes well with steamed rice or on a
    bed of steamed greens.
