用料  

面粉 plain flour 2杯
苏打粉 baking soda 1汤匙
糖粉 powdered sugar 1/4杯
椰子油 coconut oil 2汤匙
盐 salt 一撮
香蕉 bananas 2根
Oatly奶黄 Oatly custard 1盒
点缀 To serve
枫糖浆 Maple Syrup
浆果 Berries

香蕉奶黄松饼 BANANA CUSTARD PANCAKES的做法  

  1. 把所有配料放入搅拌机中搅打均匀,呈浓稠面糊状。
    Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until you have a well mixed, thickish batter.

  2. 锅里倒入大约一茶匙椰子油,加热,然后舀出一大汤匙面糊倒入热锅中。
    Scoop out a large tablespoon of the batter and pour it into a hot pan, which has about a teaspoon of heated coconut oil on it.

  3. 煎一两分钟,直到面饼鼓起来,然后小心地翻到另一面,再煎几分钟。
    Allow to cook for a minute or two until it begins to bubble, then carefully flip onto the other side and cook for a further few minutes.

  4. 重复以上步骤,直到做出一摞松饼。
    Repeat with the rest of the mix until you have a stack of pancakes.

  5. 倒一些枫糖浆再用一些水果装饰一下。
    Pour over some maple syrup and fruit to serve.
