香蕉奶黄松饼 BANANA CUSTARD PANCAKES的做法
把所有配料放入搅拌机中搅打均匀,呈浓稠面糊状。
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until you have a well mixed, thickish batter.锅里倒入大约一茶匙椰子油,加热,然后舀出一大汤匙面糊倒入热锅中。
Scoop out a large tablespoon of the batter and pour it into a hot pan, which has about a teaspoon of heated coconut oil on it.煎一两分钟,直到面饼鼓起来,然后小心地翻到另一面,再煎几分钟。
Allow to cook for a minute or two until it begins to bubble, then carefully flip onto the other side and cook for a further few minutes.重复以上步骤,直到做出一摞松饼。
Repeat with the rest of the mix until you have a stack of pancakes.倒一些枫糖浆再用一些水果装饰一下。
Pour over some maple syrup and fruit to serve.
