中筋面粉All-purpose flour | 360克 |
泡打粉Baking powder | 10ml |
砂糖Granulated suger | 440克 |
鸡蛋egg | 2个 |
玉米淀粉Corn starch | 10~20克 |
Sugar cookies 糖霜饼干的做法
将面粉和泡打粉混合备用。(Mix the flour and baking powder and set aside)
将黄油软化后加240g砂糖搅打至松软,分三次加入鸡蛋液,每次加入后都搅打一会。(Soften the butter and add 240g sugar,beat until light and egg mixture three times,beating for a while each time.)
慢慢筛入面粉到黄油混合物中,搅拌均匀,揉成面团,放入冰箱1-2小时。(Slowly sift the flour into the butter mixture,stir well and knead until igerate for 1-2 hour.)
在面团冷藏的时候制作糖粉,将玉米淀粉和剩下的砂糖混合搅打。(Make powdered sugar when the dough is refrigerated and mix the corn starch with the rest of the sugar.)
将糖粉和蛋清混合搅打至黏稠状,就形成了糖霜。(Beat the powdered sugar and egg whites until sticky,then have lcing)
将面团分成四小份,用擀面杖擀平后使用饼干模具。(Divide the dough into four small parts,roll it flat with a rolling pin and use a cookie mold.)
烤箱预热,在160℃烤10-12分钟,直至变成金黄色,再拿到铁丝架上冷却。(Preheat the oven and bake at 160 ℃ for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, then put it on the wire rack to cool.)
根据自己的喜好添加糖霜至饼干表面,适当搭配水果更加爽口。(Add frosting to the surface of the cookie according to your preference, and it will be more refreshing to match the fruit properly.)
小贴士
1、搅拌面粉和黄油混合物时可能会有点干,但慢慢就不会了
2、擀面团时先在面板上撒上些许面粉,防止粘板。
3、烤盘上可以刷一层油,也可以垫一张油纸
4、原有的糖霜可以装饰边缘,饼干中间的糖霜可以用原有的糖霜加水稀释后再装饰。
