70%chocolate黑巧克力 | 120g |
milk牛奶 | 50g+150g |
35%cream淡奶油 | 200g |
sugar白砂糖 | 40g |
Chocolate Ice Cream 巧克力冰淇淋的做法
Prepare the ingredient
准备食材Heat 120g of dark chocolate and 50g of milk in a saucepan until melted, stirring constantly
将120g黑巧克力和50g牛奶放入奶锅 加热至融化 在此期间不断搅拌Move away from the fire after completely melting
Add the remaining 150g of milk. Stir well. Use residual heat
完全融化后离火
加入剩余的150g牛奶 搅拌 利用余温加热Set aside chocolate milk to cool
搅拌好的巧克力奶放在一旁放凉备用Pour the light cream and sugar into a mixing bowl
将淡奶油和白砂糖放入搅拌盆中Beat with a whisk until the cream is angled but still flows slowly when it shakes
用打蛋器打发 至奶油有立角 但晃动时仍可以缓缓流动Pour the whipped cream into the chocolate milk
将打发好的奶油倒入巧克力奶中Stir well
搅拌均匀Pour into the container. Refrigerate for 4 hours
倒入容器中 放进冰箱冷冻4小时Take it out of the fridge and leave it for 2 minutes to enjoy
从冰箱中拿出后放2分钟就可以享用啦

Be sure to use dark chocolate that is more than 66 percent pure
一定要用纯度大于66%的黑巧克力哦
