The legendary Caesar Salad served in Caesar's Restaurante bar in Tijuana as shown in BBC documentary Rick Stein's Road to Mexico. A dish made famous by Javier Plascencia and brought back to the United Kingdoms by Wallis Simpson.

Crushed anvhovies in oil | 1 tbsp |
Dijon mustard | 1 tbsp |
Finely chopped garlic | 1 tbsp |
black pepper | 1 pinch |
worcester sauce | 1 splash |
Egg yolk | 1 |
Lime juice | Half a lime |
Olive oil | 1/2 tbsp |
Rapeseed oil | 1/2 tbsp |
Grated Parmesan | 1 tbsp |
Romaine lettuce | A few, about 5-6 pieces |
Croutons | 1 |

Add every ingredients except lettuce and croutons into a bowl and mix well.
Put lettuce in the bowl and turn gently in the sauce until the leaves are coated with it.
Serve with more Parmesan cheese and croutons. And this is it!
