用料  

布里奶酪/卡蒙贝尔奶酪 brie cheese or camembert cheese 250 g/9 oz.
山核桃/核桃 pecan nuts or walnuts 60 g/2 oz.
大蒜 garlic clove 1 瓣
新鲜迷迭香/百里香/香菜 fresh rosemary or fresh thyme or fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
橄榄油 olive oil 1 tablespoon
盐和胡椒 salt and pepper 少量

生酮keto】烤布里奶酪 Oven-Baked Brie Cheese的做法  

  1. 预热烤箱至400°F(200°C)。把奶酪放在垫上烤纸的烤盘内或放在一个小烤盘上。Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a small baking dish.

  2. 把坚果稍微切碎,大蒜切蓉。与其他材料混合(盐,胡椒,橄榄油)。Chop the nuts coarsely and the garlic finely. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper.

  3. 坚果碎放奶酪上,烤十分钟至奶酪和坚果上色。趁热食用或者稍放置再食用均可。Place the nut mix on the cheese and bake for 10 minutes until cheese and nuts have turned a nice color. Serve warm or lukewarm.
