公爵土豆怎么做才好吃,最正宗的公爵土豆制作方法

这是一种新奇独特的土豆做法，我们把土豆煮熟，加入奶油，鸡蛋，胡椒粉，黄油后打碎，然后用裱花袋挤成曲奇饼干的形状，一点土豆就能做出一大盘美味的公爵土豆，既有趣又好吃，值得尝试！

用料  

公爵土豆的做法  

1. 1、将土豆洗净，削皮并切片
   Wash the potatoes ，peeling and slice them

2. 2、在煮锅中接热水，然后放到电磁炉，等待水沸之后，把土豆放入煮锅中煮熟
   Pick up hot water in the pot, then put it in the induction cooker, wait for the water to boil, and cook the potatoes in the pot.
   

3. 3、将土豆捞出，并将水分过滤之后，把搅拌器安装，将煮好的土豆放入搅拌器中搅拌
   After the potatoes are removed and the water is filtered, install the blender and put the boiled potatoes into the blender to stir.

4. 4、等把土豆搅拌一会之后，再加入盐，胡椒粉，蛋黄，牛奶，继续搅拌

5. 5、再搅拌一会之后，最后放入黄油，再搅拌，直到土豆泥看起来均匀美观
