4 chicken legs or thigh or drumsticks | |
150g bacon or pancetta pieces | |
1 onion & 2 garlic | Chpped |
200g mushrooms | Quartered |
2 fresh thyme sprigs& 1 bay leaf | |
2 glasses white wine& chicken stock | |
1 cup single cream | |
Chopped parsley |
White wine chicken的做法
Season the chicken.
In a cooking pot : over a high heat
chicken: brown- Remove.Reduce the heat
Bacon: crispy
Add 2 garlic & 1 onion :3–4 minutes.
Add 10-15 mushrooms: 3 minutes.
*Butter & flourReturn the chicken & bacon
pour in 2 glasses white wine
Add chicken stock & herbs:
boil & simmer: 20-50mins-cooked through. Turn the legs halfway.Stir in 1 cup single cream
Season & thicken the sauce
Add chopped parsley.
